The Association monthly assessment includes:

• 24/7 guard at the Atlantic Ave. community entrance
• Resident-only gated access at the Linton Blvd. community entrance
• Security monitoring of home alarm system for individual homes
• Cable for individual homes
• Fiber optic high speed internet for individual homes
• Local access community TV channel
• Zoom board meetings
• Maintenance of all common areas
• Maintenance of individual lawns and irrigation
• Exterior painting of individual homes every 5 years
• Eco-Clean roof treatment for individual homes
• Clubhouse staffing (Property Manager, Lifestyle Director, Administrative Assistant)
• Tennis / pickleball pro
• Subsidized shows and events
